Instructions
- Select your sharpening angle by choosing either the main (large) or small block—20° for general knives, 15° for finer edges.
- Secure the knife on the angle guide so that the edge slightly overhangs the block’s height.
- Hold the block firmly, ensuring your fingers are safely placed away from the blade.
- Roll the sharpener along the knife edge using steady, even pressure. Start with a coarse grit and move to finer ones until the desired sharpness is achieved.

Store the tool in a kitchen drawer, on the counter, or inside the included custom box.
